My plan was to paint the body first with base coat, let it tack up , then roll it outside while I do the other panels in basecoat, then start the process all over again with the CC. I realized I didn't have enough room for that so I went ahead and sprayed both BC/CC on the body section. In a couple hours it was ready to roll outside. I was concerned about birds, dust and other foreign matter that could ruin my day in a hurry but fortunately it worked out with no problems. And yes, the orange that is coming out of the gun below does represent some "orange peel" issues I had on a couple of panels. They sanded out fine though as you will see in the following pages.
